Characteristics unique in WoRS when compared to OSRS or 3.3.5

Not a replacement to https://oldschool.runescape.wiki/ or the many 3.3.5 resources on the web

I caught myself taking an excessive amount of notes about WoRS during pre-alpha. It didn't take long for me to realize that it wouldn't be far out of the way to make a wiki out of it; considering how frequently players encounter unique content. So here are my notes; I appreciate any contribution towards improving them.
